United States (All Collections)

  • Metal, Framed, & Unframed Prints: 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders nationwide.

International (Unframed Paper Prints Only)

  • Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, & United Kingdom: Complimentary Standard Shipping is available exclusively for unframed paper prints.

Production & Transit Timelines

Artisan Production Time

Because your artwork is created uniquely for you, please allow 1 to 2 business days for production, meticulous quality inspection, and archival packaging. During peak gallery seasons or holidays, creation times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Transit Times

Once your custom piece leaves our facility, estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • Domestic (US): 3–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (subject to local customs processing)

Please note: Courier transit windows are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays stemming from carrier congestion, severe weather, or customs processing are outside our immediate control.

Carriers & Tracking

To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine, gallery-ready condition, we utilize premium couriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, selected dynamically based on the dimensions and destination of your order.

  • Tracking Your Art: A signature tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your order departs our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to activate and update the tracking details.

  • Secure Packaging: All artwork is securely encased in heavy-duty, rigid tubes or specialized, impact-resistant crates designed specifically for fine art transport.

International Customs & Duties

For our international patrons, please note that your country may assess customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon entry. These auxiliary charges are determined entirely by your local government, are not included in your checkout total, and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Address Accuracy & Delivered Packages

Because our fulfillment system is immediate and automated, shipping addresses cannot be modified after checkout.

If a package is deemed undeliverable or returned to our studio due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the patron will be responsible for any subsequent archival repackaging and reshipping fees. Please meticulously verify your destination details prior to completing your purchase.
