How Our Prints Are Made & Shipped
All fine art prints are made to order and fulfilled through our professional print lab (WHCC). Orders are printed and shipped directly from the lab to your door, ensuring the highest quality production and packaging.
Production Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Production time may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 2–5 business days
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs are outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the size and destination of your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
